Guy fittings: are used to connect guy wire of tower, mostly dead end tower and angle tower. They consist of tight, linking and adjustable fitting.
Operation pf the guy fitting of compressive type is in accprdance with Hydraulic working guide for conductor and ground wire o overhead transmission line and the slip strength of it must be not less than 95% rated ultimate strength of conductor.
The wedged guying fitting also may be used as strain clamp for overhead groud wire of small size.
Grounding fittings: are used to connect with the ground to take away the electricity to the ground.
